We ship in brown boxes, if the item is not in stock your order will be processed and you will position your self in a waiting list, we obligate to ship not later than 6 weeks of processing your order. As we manufacture them ourselves and this procedure is a very long , this is a new line of mix'n'ball that will be shipped ; the third line since 2002.

 all orders got their tracking number, mostly we ship with usps. in some cases we will ship with ups or fedex. our shome name will not apear on the packaging but the contents will appear as herb grinder.

we never missed a drop.

*our shipments goes out from a 3rd party warehouse. once your order has been paid we allow 24 hr to cancel, than we book the shipping. once booked it can take another day to process. if you need a fast shipping than let us know in the order notes, if possible, and we will process shipment at once so this will cut off a day or two.

shipment to europe, australia and japan takes about 7 days.
